Completion of this form at the end of this page commits you to nothing. It just allows us to put you on our list to contact when there is a rescue. Having this information allows us to check that we would be happy to rehome hens with you and helps us to plan in terms of numbers and location of rehomers.
All of our applications are carefully vetted, so we may get back to you with some more queries after we receive your application. We want to be sure that you are in a position to keep hens, and that we don't pass you more hens than you can reasonably cope with - that wouldn't be fair either to you or to the hens.
Even if you have previously contacted us and given us information about your circumstances, please do complete the application form fully, including any relevant information you may previously have given us - the person vetting your form will usually only have access to the information on your form, not any previous correspondence you may have had with us.
To avoid problems later, do please read the WHOLE of the "adopting hens" page before completing the application form, as it contains a lot of information that you need to know before deciding whether these hens are for you.
